Hey everyone - I've been slacking on my posting for the past few weeks. In my last update, I was 2.2 pounds. Well, I continued to increase over the next two weeks. On September 26 I was up .2 pounds and last week, 10/3, I was up 2.4 pounds. Last week the increase was expected, as I didn't eat right, did not work out, and went out of town. I made a renewed effort over the last 7 days and this week I'm down 1 pound.
I'm now back to 11 pounds away from goal of 170 pounds. I tell ya, this has been an up & down time. I got as close as 7 pounds away from goal, so I know I can do it. I just have to renew my focus and keep at it. I've decided to change my workout routine. I am now going to go to the gym 5 days per week - 3 days of weight training (M-W-F) and 2 days of cardio (Tu-Th). I only drink water and 1 cup of coffee every day. I'm hoping to be done another pound next week.
Still taking it one day at a time...
