So....

we're all slacking off on posting! (yea, me to) What's up everyone? I personally get so caught up with work than I spend my free time away from a computer or desk.

I lost 2 lbs. I've kept it off all week. I can't express in words how happy I am about it. I've been doing more stretches too. I think it's safe to say that most of us spend a lot of time sitting down--grading, preping, researching, etc. So I take 15 minutes or so in the evening and do some pilates stretches for my back and hips. It doesn't solve everything but it does provide some relief.
