On the positive side

This week's weigh-in found me up +2.2 pounds. Looking on the positive side, in the grand scheme of things, I'm still doing good. I didn't quite make my goals last week. In fact, I only worked out 2 of my 4 days. I was a bit under the weather and the medicine I took made me extremely drowsy. I just couldn't get out of bed in the AM. I did drink my water and watched my portion size.

Two days have already passed in this week and I have yet to work out. Therefore, I pledged to workout the remaining 3 days of this week. I'm going to continue to work on the water and watching my portion size. I really think those three things are the combination of things I need to do in order to lose these last 9 pounds. I just have to keep working at it.
