A couple of people I know are doing a Couch to 5k program and it's something I am considering attempting. I've been WOEFULLY unhappy with my body lately and want to try something new. Anyone else doing this program and have anything to say about it?
This is the one I'm trying: http://www.c25k.com/ and even found an app on iTunes that tells you when you change speeds.
Thoughts?

go for it! i did a C25K program the first time i did a 5K and a 10K. it works great and gradually builds you up to the full distance.
