I have to laugh at some of the things that I see at the gym. You have to wonder what goes on in the minds of people. There seems to be no shortage of people who feel free to let it all fly!!!!
Recently at the Y, I was heading to the shower. There was this middle aged woman standing completely naked in front of the mirror, doing a breast exam.
Oh. My. God.
I am all for breast self evaluation. It is extremely important to take care of yourself. But, you do not have to do it in full view of the public!
Then, there are the groups of people who are not shy about discussing their medical issues with each other. I once heard a group of older women discussing their most recent gyno exams with each other...in excruciating detail.
EWWWW!!!!
Is it me that attracts this weirdos??? Share you story so i know that I am not the only one.

Beats me...I only hang out in the Men's locker room. :-P
I know I'm supposed to be open-minded, but I really hate naked people parading around at the gym!
If I didn't know better, I'd think you go to my gym!
Tonight, there was a guy next to me on the treadmills doing this flapping things with his arms while he walked. I only saw it out of the corner of my eye...but it was weird.
