I completed two days of working out. Sunday, I did this workout. I completed 15 minutes of treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the elliptical. Tuesday, I did 35 minutes of steady state on the treadmill, plus on circuit of weights. I didn't do my Friday workout because I had my bi-yearly hair straightening on Wednesday. If you have every had you hair chemically straightened, you can't wash it or get it wet. Even sweat can be a problem. So, I took a break and will get back on my routine on Sunday.
I am really happy with my progress so far. I have reincorporated weights again. I love weight training. I love watching my muscles becoming stronger. Upper body is critical because I hate it when you wave your arms and the arm fat from the tricep area keeps waving when you stop! I am also strengthening my upper back. That will be helpful at the end of the semester when I am hunched over in grading.
