Small increment

This past week I was really conscious of my eating habits and followed by 5K training to a TEE. Therefore, I was down .8 on the scale. Not quite a pound, but a loss nonetheless. I hope to do the same thing this coming week. I'm almost halfway through my 5K training and I run in the 5K on March 24th. All is well overall.

Anybody out there? What's going on with you all?

.8 rounds to one right? You lost a pound, yay! After all, fluid could easily account for the extra .2 :)
