I am back after a short hiatus due to some family issues and my own battles with depression, anxiety and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). I started working out again on Saturday and just finished a workout today.
It was not easy. A two week hiatus destroyed some of the progress I have made. It will probably take about two weeks to regain the loss. Saturday, I made it to 30 minutes on the treadmill at my pre-hiatus speed of 4.0 MPH. Today I made it to 32 minutes.
I hope that I am finally back on track.

Hey Seeking! Good to hear from you and welcome back to the land of those working out. I think the hardest part is making the effort to get through those first few workouts after a hiatus. Keep at it and you will be back on track in no time.
