Hi Everyone!
I haven't posted over here in a while, but I wanted to update you on my quest for health and fitness. Inspired by B*, I joined Weight Watchers Online a few weeks ago (on January 15th, actually). My recreational eating had really gotten out of control and it was time to do something. I don't know if it was the plus-sized interview clothes I've been buying or the realization that I shouldn't really consume massive quantities of chocolate, but I felt I had to take action. So far, I've lost about 7 pounds (according to my 'illegal' weigh-in the other day- I should only being weighing in on Monday).
I've also continued with my walking plan. I came up just short of my January goal of walking 20 days (I walked 19 days), but I feel good about it anyway, because I was exercising between 4 and 5 days every week. I've also started to jog for short stretches, too. For February, I am cutting my goal, since I will be out of town most of next week and I'm not sure if I can even fit my running shoes into my suitcase (I'm trying NOT to check any bags). The plan is to stick to an average of 4 days per week, or 16 days over the month. That's all for now. I hope everyone is FEELING good out there. Take care.

nice job on WW! I am struggling with it, but I have been picking up more exercise. I'm basically maintaining or losing bits at a time, but that's better than gaining, and I'm feeling stronger, so that's good... but yay for you with the weight loss and the exercise! That's fantastic!

Thanks you guys! I have a feeling I won't lose any weight this coming week, since I'll be out of town. I will do my best not to overeat, but it will be a challenge!
