2006 is over!

The month is over, so it's time to update you on my progress. A few weeks ago, I set out to exercise every day for the rest of the month. I didn't achieve that lofty goal, BUT I only missed 6 days in the last 23. The 17 times I did exercise were at least 30 minutes and some were close to an hour. The main goal was to get back in the habit of exercising regularly, so I have achieved that much. I am going to set another goal for January, too. I originally thought I would use the percentage I set this month (~74%), but that only gave me 8 days off in January (23 of 31 days). This is probably unrealistic, since I am teaching at 9:00AM three days a week, so I reduced it to 20 days. So that's my goal for January: to walk on the treadmill at least 20 days of the month, for at least 30 minutes each time. I'll keep you posted!
