Am I going to stop now that I reached my goal? Hell, no! I love the way that I look and feel. I am not done yet. So here are my new goals.
- I am up about 5 pounds since last week. I blame it on all the food and drink I consumed while I was away. Plus, I tend to gain about 2 pounds of water around "that time of the month." So I need to address that first. I hit the treadmill and the weights on Wednesday. I will do the same today.
- I want to get back to my law school weight which is between 125-130 pounds by August of next Tayear. That's about 30-35 pounds.
- I want like to sustain a run for at least 20 minutes.
- I want to continue my strength training regiment and tone up my abs.
- I want to maintain my remission with Rheumatoid Arthritis
- I want to continue to make smart choices with food. That gets a little tough with the holidays. I love sweet treats and wine!
- I want to continue being accountable to my fellow Active Academics, my workout buddies and my husband. All of you have been a source of comfort and support!

Sounds like you kicked butt at the reunion and looked good too! :-) That is wonderful.
I think you are well on your way to achieving your goals! Continue to do what you've been doing and you will be there in no time.
