Up & Down

Such is the nature of my weight loss lately. This week I was down 2.2 pounds. One week I'll lose a pound or two and then gain it back the next week. Then I may maintain or lose half a pound. I'm definitely at a solid plateau. I am not, however, going to let that deter me. My goal for this week is to maintain. When I weigh-in next Monday at my WW meeting I would like to be the same weight I was yesterday evening (or dare I say down a pound!).

Next week I am going to closely monitor my eating habits and document everything (E-V-E-R-Y-thing) that I place in my mouth. I fear that I am eating the same amount of calories that I am burning. I'm doing the weight loss bootcamp again and I really would like to see 5 pounds drop in those 3 weeks. I think it can be done. I just have to focus.

I'm determined.

Cheers to you for hanging in there. Plateaus rae tough, becuase you rack your brain trying to figure out what is the cause. You are doing the right thing by tracking your food intake.
