I haven't fallen off the face of the earth, I just haven't been very good at blogging. Even at my own place.
I haven't gained or lost any weight on the weight loss challenge with mom. Honestly, I'm not pushing myself enough. My biggest problem is time management (which naturaly spills over to all of my life). Oh, and I do the stupid thing, that's been the hot topic here: look for something immediate. Like I weigh myself right after I work out. How realistic or sane is that?
My goal this week is to plan a few meals. It's easier when my husband is home to eat with me. And to drink more water. I know I feel better when I do it, but I don't do it enough. Any time management tips (for anything, not just working out) are more than welcome!

I have to plan everything, including working out. So I track everything from when I teach to working out. When I have a routine, it is much easier to stick with it. Granted, shit happens, and I have to adjust. But when I have a schedule, I function much better.
