baby steps
Dudes. I hadn't really exercised since Labor Day weekend, which was when I trekked a billion miles all over D.C., from Arlington to Georgetown, to the U Street Metro stop... and then trekked all over the mall and all around the Tidal Basin, etc. Anyhow, since then, I've been sedentary. I know, pathetic... but today I walked three miles! yay! That's something, right? *sigh* I wish I felt stable enough to make time to regularly exercise. I don't know why I don't prioritize taking care of my health.

Yes it is something! Good for you. Remember that fitness is also about feeling better emotionally and mentally. So think back to how you were feeling after that lovely walk.
Baby steps is all that it takes!
