Going down

I'm back down 1.8 pounds this week. I weighed in this afternoon and this is the lowest I've reached since I began this quest in April, 2005. I'm at 179.0.

9 lbs from where I want to be. My goal for this week is to have another loss. I am really going to focus on eating healthy foods (fruits, veggies, lean meats, water, etc.). I will work out at least 4 days this week (I've already got 2 down), take the stairs, and get a sufficient amount of sleep.

I will take it one day at a time.

I'm glad to see you making progress! Sounds like you have a reasonable plan for this week. 9 lbs isn't that far to go!
