Hydration tips

I thought I would share this story from NPR's Morning Edition this morning. It talks about drinking enough water and how to properly stay hydrated while working out.

In other news, I prepared Seeking Solace's Grilled Chicken Pesto with Mozzarella Cheese and Awesome Pasta Salad. Very good indeed! I loved the way the pesto flavor mingles with the grilled flavor on the chicken. Very tasty indeed! I altered the pasta salad by adding chopped pimentos, grilled mushrooms and grilled garlic. I also used whole wheat rotini. A lovely meal which didn't take long to prepare.
