I went on vacation/conferencing July 1 and just returned, so I'm still catching up on all that has happened here, but I have to say I am SO impressed with all of you. Seriously, it is amazing!
As for me - for the first time in about 2 years, I exercised yesterday. Can you believe it? My goal is to exercise 4 times a week - 2 yoga (60 min tape) and 2 weight lifting and pilates (30 min tape). My food goal is to be conscious of portions and only eat when I am hungry. I developed an awful habit of eating as fast as possible after my son was born, but he is old enough now that I can relax and slowly savor each bite.
I'll post later on obstacles and why I think I am an overeater. I wanted to post my goals before I back out. Now I am accountable to all of you.

I totally worked out for the first tims in a long time yesterday too! Yay us! I am seriously sore today though. Seriously.
