Yummy Recipe - Ginger Stir

1 Tbsp olive oil
4 carrots cut into 1 inch cubes
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and finely diced
12 oz steak or tofu cut into small cubes
1 cup snow peas
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1-2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp traditionally brewed tamari (or regular soy sauce but its not as good)
sesame seeds (optional)
prepared brown rice

Use high heat and/or a wok (I use a regular pan over high heat). Add olive oil and carrots to pan, cook until nearly tender (4 mins or so). Add ginger, steak, and peas. Stir often. Cook about 4-5 more mins. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until meat is done to your liking (should just be a minute or two, just enough time to allow the flavors to meld). Optional - top with sesame seeds.

Serve with brown rice.

Serves 2

(note: I don't actually measure, so these are approximations. Adjust liquids to your taste.)
