If you're into tracking your daily food intake, you probably know there are dozens of online tools to help you with that, but I want to tell you about my new favorite, NutritionData.
According to the site, "NutritionData (ND) provides a complete nutrient analysis for any food or recipe, and helps you select foods that best match your dietary needs." You can search for nutrition information on hundreds of foods, and there is a handy fast food quick reference on the right side.
This tool is very thorough, even a tad complicated at first, and it provides information on calories, minerals, vitamins, glycemic index, and IF (inflammation) with charts and graphs to help you see where you might adjust your diet for better nutrition, weight gain/loss, or anti-inflammation. It bases recommended values on a profile that you establish.
I have only been using it for a couple of days, but it looks so good that I had to share. And the coolest thing is that it has a Firefox plug-in.

FitDay has something similar and also has a journal function, as well as the capability to track weight, exercise, diet and goals. I don’t know if it has a Firefox plugin, though.
