I exercised yesterday. Two miles on the treadmill (33 minutes, incline of 1). 5:30 minutes on the elliptical (pathetic, I know, but it's more than I've ever done at once). Some free weights.
This means that I exercised Saturday, gardened Sunday, exercised Monday, skipped Tuesday, exercised yesterday. Will I exercise today? I think so!
Should I measure my aerobic activity (treadmill, elliptical) in terms of time or something else?
edited to add: I should probably stop eating potato chips. That probably negates the exercise somehow.

Yeah, but the exercise is still a big deal and makes you feel better, even if you ate chips! (I had a ton of chocolate chip cookies yesterday, which doubtless canceled out my yoga class...)
Cheers to you!!! Keep up the steady progress.
Yay!
I heart the treadmill. That elliptical machine is a bitch, though, isn't it?
I'm not sure about measuring aerobic activity. One longer-term goal might be to lower your active heart rate if it's really fast (as mine is).
trillwing - I monitored my heart rate while walking today, in light of the attending to the heart rate thing, but I hadn't thought about lowering the resting heart rate. Great idea!
