(I hope you all don't mind that I mark these events on here. It's a big deal for me.)
Today's workout:
2 miles on treadmill. 31 minutes. (The treadmill said that I burned 300 calories. I don't believe it.) I did not go on the elliptical today. I did lift a bunch of weights. Since TheBoyfriend and I were the only ones in the workout room, I did some aerobic type of dancing with the weights, too, just to be a goofball. It gets a laugh out of him and it's fun for me.

Yeah, don't believe it. I hate to burst anyone's bubble who might have thought those things are accurate, but they're known to be wildly wrong. Still, that doesn't diminish your effort.
I totally don't believe that caloric count... but as long as I'm moving, then I'm good. I've been so sedentary for so long. It's time for a change. And the accountability that this team blog offers is very helpful to me. I don't have high expectations for weight loss, but I am expecting the exercise to affect my energy level in a positive way.
Wonderful that you are doing so well!
Don't sell yourself short on the weight loss...every little bit helps. :)
