Back at It!

Hooked up the Wii over the weekend and got 2 workouts in!!! Ragey made a really good comment on my previous post about not letting 2-3 days of getting off schedule turn into 2-3 months off. It's been all too easy to let working out slip out of my consciousness so I am happy to be back on track again.

How is everyone else doing this summer?

i've been on travel the past few weeks, personal & professional. i hope to be back on track with workouts in the coming week.

It hasn't been as regular as I'd like but husband and I have taken several long walks (like 45-60 minutes) over the last couple weeks. I hope to continue. We enjoy the conversation and it helps me because that long on the elliptical feels BORING. But looking at the city houses and gardens helps.
