I did my first weigh-in of 2010 and I'm down 3 pounds. I have decided to be strict with myself this year and instead of weighing myself daily, limit myself to only checking in weekly. I drive myself crazy with the daily fluxuations my body goes through. I'm hoping by next week to be back to my pre-holiday weight and then the real work begins! I'd like to drop about 20 pounds and tone up, especially my arms (I'll be wearing a strapless dress in October for my sister's wedding).
How often do you guys weigh in, if at all?

i weigh in once per week (when i'm consciously trying to lose pounds), at the same time each week. wednesday morning before i leave for the gym.
I usually only do it once a week, but I've been doing it almost everyday during the last month. I'm definitely going back to the once a week thing though -- those tiny weight fluctuations are driving me crazy!
Weekly or when teh mood strikes. I read an article about how much you weight can change in one day, from the time you get up to the time you go to bed so sometimes I weigh myself just to see, but it's never to beat myself up. It's more like "wow, what I'm wearing weighs how much?" kind of stuff.
I should add, I'm more concerned about how my clothes fit than a number on the scale. I don't like saying "I weight this she weighs that..." and getting lost in that head game.
