Are you new to strength training? Are you looking for the best exercises for you? Fitness Magazine has a guide to help piece together a basic strength training program.
If you work out at a gym, don't be shy in asking a trainer to show you have to use the equipment or free weights. Proper form can mean the difference between lean muscles and a painful injury.
Don't like the gym? You can purchase free weights or a resistance band and achieve the same results. Can't afford those items right now? Consider using a couple of 16 oz. cans for bicep curls. How about a broom, mop or your Swiffer Wet Jet to work off the back fat? You don't need expense equipment to get lean and strong!
Now, you have no excuses not to get strong and lean!
