Having fallen off the weight loss wagon lately, I'm eager to get back on track. One of the things I've been doing again is using a calorie tracking website to keep myself accountable for my food intake. I've been using the dailyplate.com but I'm curious if anyone else does this as well and uses other sites/plain old pen & paper.
Keeping track this way is definitely eye opening. Seeing my daily food intake all in one place is making me realize how much I truly am overeating and eating emotionally, instead of nutritionally. Yikes!

I don't keep track of calories, but I do keep track of what I eat. I try to follow the "eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full."
I also monitor portion sizes. Sometimes. I have to gently remind my husband that if he is serving dinner, that my portions should not be the same as his becuase I am smaller than him!!
I use fitday and quite like it but I'm sort of an on again off again tracker.
I've recently started using http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/ It's really helping me cut down on sugar AND monitor my caffeine. :)
