Oh, I have been a bad blogger as of late. Do forgive me, please?
I can say that I have been attempting to stay on point with regards to my health though. I did have a rough patch at the beginning of the month, due to work travel, overall tiredness, and lack of motivation. Somewhere around the first day of spring, I was renewed.
What caused that to occur, you ask? Skirts! Once the weather is warm I can't help, but break out my skirts and sandals. I have an aversion to wearing pants in warm weather. Well, I pulled out one of my skirts and it was a bit too snug. I immediately jumped on the scale and realized that I needed to lose a few pounds (cause I'm not buying new clothes in a larger size. sorry, that is just not going to happen).
That next week I set to change my eating and working out habits, as I had become a bit careless. I was drinking to many cokes, too much alcohol, and I was lazy about going to the gym and pushing myself. Something, if not all, had to give. So it all gave!

Good for you! Do post more about how you're doing--I for one have gone off track and could use the good example/inspiration!
Good for you for not falling for the "I have to buy new stuff because I gained weight!" It's better to buy stuff because you lost it!!!!
