Finally, I'm feeling better! I'm still blowing my nose regularly and dealing with random coughing fits, but I don't feel run-down and lethargic all day long anymore.
So....time to get back to the gym! It's been at least a week and a half since I've worked out. Tonight's the night. Of course, going gym requires getting off the couch...which has not yet happened.
Boring as it is, I need an accountability post; if I post it here, I'll definitely have to go. So, here goes: I'm turning of the computer and changing into the workout gear...

Hey Ragey, I did, though I made sure to keep it on the light side: 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes walking on the treadmill, and some stretching.
Glad to hear you are back in the game!
