We can all likely come up with dozens of reasons why someone might avoid exercise - a busy lifestyle, boredom, a nagging injury. However, there are good reasons to keep moving. Physically, regular activity will stave off illness (both those common colds and more serious health problems and conditions), maintain good sleep patterns, appetite, and energy levels, and help foster a strong, agile body. Emotionally, exercise offers stress relief and some much needed “you” time.
