Exercise check in: It wasn't vigorous but I did some pilates and some stretches for my back today. After being sick for a week I was happy with that.
In our house we do our weeks Mon-Sun. We have a dry erase board on our fridge with each of our names and 2 rows for each of us. (columns for days) The first row is where we can check off days we did work we wanted to get done: research, writing, prep work, etc. The second row says "exercise" and we can mark off for the week when we exercised. Husband tends to write what he did (he rotates his lifting schedule). I just put a nice big X. I need to have that visual of "see! I did it!" And it can be very satisfying to look back on the week and see all your X's. It also helps during busy times when you cant remember what you did an hour ago let alone yesterday!
