Slow progress

Weight went back up. But, I lost an inch around my waist. Gain half inch each on calf and arms, but I think it's because the exercises I'm doing focus so much on muscle building there. I'm not one to complain about getting stronger!

I still weigh myself, but I'm going to try to focus on the inches more cause the scale can be frustrating. My routine: pilates, stretches and jumping jacks. Yes, those things you loved to do when you were five....well it gets my heart rate up really fast. I try to do three sets of 40 (sometimes I keep going to 50 cause I'm in the zone!) I've managed to do that 4 times a week last week and that makes me happy.

Good for you! Too many times we focus on the scale and not the other things that we are losing. Good that you staying positive.

Yeah, I try to avoid the scale too. I think it's better to focus on how you feel and look and how loose your clothes are!!!!
