OK. I need to get my act together. I lost weight over the semester only to put it back on plus 2 lbs. Can't even bring myself to tell husband. Sooooo...
Goal: Lose 10 lbs before classes start. Classes start Sept 4th (technically work starts Aug 15, but that's just scattered meetings.)
Plan: Well I'm still working on this. I already take pilates once a week (can't afford more than that right now), and she was kind enough to write up notes of what we do in class to refer to at home. Most of it is helpful, there are a few new moves that I don't recognize on paper, so hopefully she'll review them soon! I also do some yard work and gardening that I can tell has worked different muscles, because I feel it the next day. Other than that, I need to get organize and say what I will do on what days.
I also need to refine (ok, what's the word I'm looking for here?) my eating habits. I'm getting up earlier, thanks to Jack--who is pacing in front of me as I try to type this--he gets me up by 8:30 everyday. I'm not good at getting lunch before I start to feel sick from hunger and I have a snacking problem. Plus I get bored with food easily. I'm not the kind of girl who can just eat sandwiches everyday.
Tonight I'm going to try to create a schedule for myself. Wish me luck!

My dog does the same thing, waking me up in the morning!
I am not a sandwich every day kind of girl either. That being said, I enjoy salads and those Weight Watcher frozen entries are really nice and tasty too.
Having a workout plan is a great idea. You live in a nice neighborhood. Maybe some walking after your wake-up call???
