My plan after the Thanksgiving holiday was to really track my eating habits. I didn't start off very well last week, but I picked it on Friday. I pulled out my journal and began writing down everything I ate. I've been faithful to it and I even started paying attention to the points (per for each food via
weight watchers). I've been staying within my points range each day and getting some activity in each day.
I weighed in this evening and I'm down 3.2 pounds. I'm back to 10 pounds away from my goal. My goal for this week is to continue to do what I've been doing for the past 3 days:
- drink water
- keep a journal - write it all down!
- drink water
- exercise on Tues, Wed, & Fri
- drink water
- watch my portion size
- drink water
Yeah, I was repetitive, but water is one of the keys for me. I must drink it to lose weight and keep my from munching.

Water is esstenial. I try to drink as much as possible.

It may sound weird but sometimes if my stomach feels a little off I drink really cold water and I feel better. It also keeps me awake. So water as tone of benefits!
