Big sigh

Well, I weighed in on Monday and I was up 1.6 pounds.

I am not going to get frustrated.

Okay, now that I've got that out of my system, I must get back on track. On the positive side, I guess I've learned how to maintain a smaller weight. It is just that I want to be smaller than my current weight.
