Mom and I are trying this again. We're doing our challenge again and we're really committed to kicking each other's butts to make sure we both stick with this no matter life-related stuff that could get in the way. No excuses. If you're interested you can e-mail me at mistakengradstudent at gmail dot com. I'll be posting here too, but we're going to try to e-mail each other encouragement and guilt weekly. My goal? lose 6lbs by xmas. Hubby and I are going on a trip after xmas and I'd like to be a little happier with myself then! And if we stay in a hotel with a pool, I want to be able to wear my swim suit. Both mom and I just want to stick this one out in full this time.
Hubby is kind of joining us too. He wants to gain weight (men...) in muscle. For awhile he was doing well, but he's slacked off too.
