Down 2.2

I had to adjust the day I weigh-in and it is now on Mondays. I weighed in this evening and I am down 2.2 lbs. Yea! How did I do that when I was up 4.2 lbs. last week?

Well, I joined a women's workout bootcamp. It is a lot of cardio and circuit training 3 times per week. I think that along with keeping a journal of my eating habits this past week got me back on track. Plus, I walked/ran 2 miles on Saturday! On my own!

This week I plan adding in 2 more days of cardio on Tuesday and Thursday. I'll go to my gym and do the stairmaster for 40 minutes.

Cheers to you! Sounds you are making awesome progress.

Do you weigh yourself the same time each week under the same circumstances? That may explain things. I can't remember if it was Shape or Fitness that had an article about how our weight can fluctuate throughout the day.

Yes, I only weigh on Mondays now (at my WW meeting). I used to weigh on Tuesdays, but I changed days.
