Same decrease

My goal last week was to go to the gym at least 4 days. Yes, I did exactly that! I went Monday - Thursday. 3 days of weight training and 15 minutes of cardio and 1 day of all cardio (30 minutes on the stairmaster) and abs. That along with really paying attention to my water intake led to a loss of 1.8 lbs.

I'm still taking it one day at a time. Over the next week, I have same goals with one addition. I will workout for at least 4 days, keep up the water intake, and watch my portion size.
