It has been pretty quiet around here. I haven't felt like posting much because I haven't really been working out for the past month. The good news is that I'm down 5 pounds since I started writing here. Not great for two months, but this weight has been very stable despite losing my gym membership and hurting my back. Once I'm back to "normal" I should hopefully see more progress. Overall I'm down 15 pounds from my heaviest weight this spring, and though I can't really see the difference, I know that losing it is a good thing.
I've been meaning to post a playlist for a while. I don't have a specific set on my mp3 player; I just have a ton of random stuff and skip past the slower songs while I'm working out.
