I just returned from my second walk of the week. That's right, two walks in two days. Whoo! I shouldn't get that excited since it wasn't that strenuous of a walk; I wore my Tevas instead of my spiffy new tennis shoes and I barely broke a sweat. Still, I got out of the house and I was moving in a forward motion, so that counts for something.
And I have to say, the whole time I was walking, I kept thinking, "I get to post that I did something active, I get to post that I did something active." Let's hear it for electronic support, people!!

Good for you! Don't discourage yourself by saying it wasn't very hard: it was progress! Plus you are building a healthy habit into your schedule. Ramping up the effort can come later.
