13.2 pounds

I have 13.2 more pounds to lose. My weight loss has been pretty stagnant since March. In early March I had 10 pounds to lose to reach my goal. Since then the amount I need to lose has fluctuated between 10 and 13 pounds. I lose 2 pounds. I gain 1 pound. I stay the same the next week then I lose .5 pounds. Up and down, up and down. That is how it is has been.

My life has been pretty hectic since March so it is understandable. I think I am now back to a point where I can have more of a routine. I'll keep you posted on my progress with these last 13 pounds I want to lose.

By next Tuesday (that is my weigh-in day) I hope to maintain the current weight: 183.4 pounds. I say maintain because I know I am not going to the gym this week (it is closed). Although I will walk and ride my bike. We'll see...
