Try This

Here. is a great workout that I have used to introduce me to the different machines and to kick up my cardio. Since you are only on each machine for 10 minutes, there is not much time for the boredom to set in.

I highly recommend that you adjust the speed for this workout to suit you fitness level. If you are a beginner or have been away from working out for a while, you should only do what you can reasonable handle. This workout targets all muscle groups, so you will definitely feel it.
