Exercise Update

(Sorry if this is getting monotonous... feel free to ignore...)

Today's workout included, but was not limited to, a 2 mile walk at 30:30 minutes! YAY! That's faster than I've done in a long time. Also, I walked at an incline of 3 for a lot of the time.

Also, this week's small goal: Work out five times this week. (One day down, four more to go!) This goal would be a big deal for me to reach. I mean, yes, I got some decent exercise last week, but you don't even understand... I've been sedentary for months!

OK, I'm jealous. I've been walking for months and I still can't do better than 18 minute miles...and that's after starting with 20 minute miles when I hadn't walked in years. Hmmmph.

Oh, well. I was getting results with those 18 minute miles, so I need to get back to them. Except it's still 104. But it's overcast. I'll go see what I can do.

Anyway, goooooooood for yoooouuuu!!!! Keep it up.

I ran for a minute every once in a while. Plus, I was on a treadmill, so I could go faster... I can't go that fast off the treadmill!!

way to go B*! I totally didn't make it to the gym today. So I have to do my 3 workouts in 6 days now.
