I walked Monday (2.5 mi.), Wednesday (3.0 mi.), & Friday (2.75 mi.) this week! I haven't walked outside yet, but the watching movies on the treadmill has been working nicely. I've watched Mystic Pizza, 9 to 5, and today started Bull Durham. I'm thinking that I should get some TV series to watch (without the commercials). For now, the movies are fun, though. When the weather cools off I will start walking outside again.It's been great reading about everyone else's trials and tribulations on this blog! Knowing that I could report in on my progress really helped motivate me this week. Keep up the great work, everyone!
