Oy

We have seriously FALLEN OFF THE WAGON people....weight is still lower than my starting weight thankfully, but I've had some major setbacks as of late. I'm not taking care of myself at all anymore. Life has been crazy lately and, of course, the first to go are always the "self" things. Every day I get up thinking I'll be better and each day I end up over eating and not getting out for a walk. I need a major kick in the butt.

How do you guys get re-motivated after a hiatus?

Try my best to dive back in. It is not easy, but get back on the wagon one step at a time. Go for a 5 min. walk or set a distance in your neighborhood (if that is what you do). The next day increase it by 6 min. or 2 blocks. Basically, increase your activity in incremental steps. Don't try to go back full swell - give yourself some time.
