Jumping rope

When was the last time you jumped rope? Oh my goodness, I've added jump roping to my routine and my calves are so SORE! I do an exercise (weightlifting), jump rope for 45 seconds, rest for 45 seconds, then exercise. It is great cardio and keeps your heart rate up.

We jumped rope occasionally during boot camp and it does do a LOT. I'm waiting to see if there's going to be a place in my new apartment where I can jump rope--not sure if the balcony will be big enough for that.
