I am doing quite well, now that I am back to my regular workout routine. I am back to my three-day a week routine and have added dog-walking daily, weather permitting.
The bonus is that I am now a size 12, sometimes a tight 10. I think I can get to a 10 by the end of August. I don't get on the scale, except at the doctor's office. For me, the scale is not a reliable measurement. Also, the scale has been a sort of "bad habits" for me in the past.
To celebrate my new progress, I did a little shopping.
Also, I received the results of my blood work. Blood sugar is 84. That is great considering that both sides of my family have diabetes, big time. My cholesterol is 181, with HDL at 119, LDL at 51 and Triglycerides at 55.
It's great to see that all this hard work is paying off!

awesome!!
each time I go to the doctor's I weight something different and they never subtract for shoes and such.
The scale at home is the only one I refer to. may not be calibrated but always the same.
That's fantastic! You should be proud of yourself!
I try to never look at the scale either . . . even at the doctor's office I tell them not to let me see or hear the weight. All it does is freak me out.
