Baby steps

It's been quite awhile. I've been battling darn near everything so I'm sorry for the lack of update. What I've been doing to try and lose weight:
  • No eating at 8pm. This is very hard and I've had days that I didn't follow through. During the semester, given my schedule this might be harder, so we'll see how it goes.
  • walking: 120 min a week. I have yet to fully meet my goal with everything else going on, but I've been keeping track and trying. I walk outside and look at the houses for sale or people's landscaping.
I haven't lost and pounds but I have lost some inches around my thighs. My next goal is to add pilates in twice a week so I can start to strengthen with my weak back. Gradually, I hope to add weight lifting, but it's not something I really enjoy doing.

I do the same thing except my eating cut-off is 9 PM. I clean my kitchen and turn out the lights so I know the kitchen in closed.

Lost inches are aways good!!

What is better for you? There is a variety of plans for weight management, healthy living, fitness, recipes and support. The most difficult thing is to start. Do you agree?
