- No eating at 8pm. This is very hard and I've had days that I didn't follow through. During the semester, given my schedule this might be harder, so we'll see how it goes.
- walking: 120 min a week. I have yet to fully meet my goal with everything else going on, but I've been keeping track and trying. I walk outside and look at the houses for sale or people's landscaping.

I do the same thing except my eating cut-off is 9 PM. I clean my kitchen and turn out the lights so I know the kitchen in closed.

What is better for you? There is a variety of plans for weight management, healthy living, fitness, recipes and support. The most difficult thing is to start. Do you agree?
