As Rented Life mentioned in her earlier post, incentives don't always have to cost money. Definitely celebrating the small goals is a MAJOR motivator for me and reminds me when it's hard that I CAN make permanent healthy changes in my life. Also photos of REALISTIC women with similar body types/weights can help remind me of my goals and where I want to be. Also I've noticed that my cravings are influenced heavily by images of food I see, so as silly as it sounds, I've been cutting photos out of magazines of healthy foods and making a collage on my fridge to tempt me to reach for THOSE foods and not the fries I saw on the Wendys commercial on TV.
Another incentive I like is a bath. Pour some bubbles in, light some candles and relax for as long as the water stays hot. It's well worth making those muscles sore if I know I can have a bubble bath later on.

Baths are great incentive. I also love long hot showers. I have one of those rain shower head in my shower. Very nice after a workout!
