Set back

It is one of the great unfairnesses of life that weeks of healthy eating and work outs can be undone in just a few days of overeating. I have been in the mood to cook lately and even though I have been choosing (mostly) healthy recipes, I have not been exercising portion control at all. This weekend I am investing in those plastic lunch containers with the compartments so I can immediately portion my meals for future eating. Not doing this is seriously sabotaging my health goals.

I've also fallen victim to the "food pushers" Seeking Solace referenced in her last post as well. People can be SO pushy about food! Why is that??? Even if you politely decline, it seems like people still try to force food upon you! I need to be better about saying no and I definitely need to stop eating when I'm full! I fall into that trap much too easy.

I am trying not to get discouraged by how easily the weight creeps back on...oh the unfairness!!
