Well, February was an uneven month. I think I managed to workout at least 2 or 3 times each week, sometimes, more, but I was still dealing with lingering/threatening-to-return illness for parts of the month. I had one really gung-ho week where I was working out fairly hard...followed by the week when I started coming down with a cold again. Sigh.
This weekend, I got a couple of decent workouts in while at a conference. That only happened because my roommate and I kept each other motivated. Neither of us really wanted to get up that early to work out, but we both gave each other the extra nudges we needed. I also did strength training for the first time in a loooong time, and I can totally tell.
For the next few weeks, my goal is to workout steadily, but not to go overboard, thus prompting another relapse. I'm also going to make sure that I start working weights back into my weekly workout regimen.
In short, nothing dramatic to report here; just keeping on keeping on.
