I'm making a new workout playlist on my iPod and am in need of suggestions. What songs are on your workout playlists?
So far on the list are:
Walk This Way by Aerosmith
Fighter by Christina Aquilera
Hit Em Up Style by Blue Cantrell
Love is a Battlefield by Pat Benatar
Lady Marmalade from the Moulin Rouge Soundtrack
What songs keep you movin' and grovin' during your workouts?

Since You Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson
Get Ur Freak On - Missy Elliot
Hella Good - No Doubt
Hot Hot Hot - The Cure
Superman - REM
Rollerskate Skinny - Old 97s
Crazy on You - Heart (naturally)
(I could go on, as I have about 4 or 5 different workout playlists that I alternate between. I find if I listen to the same one more than 2 or 3 times in a row that it loses all ability to motivate me.)
I have a few playlists on this blog. I should go back and re-tag some of the old ones.
I loves to work out to 80's music. It's so happy.
This is how it goes-Billy Talent
Line and Sinker-Billy Talent
Southtown-P.O.D.
Can't get you outta my head-Kylie Monique (sp?)--actually that whole CD all has a good beat, especially for Aerobic stuff.
Some Blink 182 stuff is good too. Or if you could find Rise Against.
Some tunes from my old skool rap playlist:
Rub My Back - LL Cool J
Funky Beat - Whodini
Mama Said Knock You Out - LL Cool J
It Takes Two - Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock
Bust A Move - Young MC
U Can't Touch This - MC Hammer
My Adidas - Run DMC
Fight the Power - Public Enemy
The Breaks - Kurtis Blow
Rented Life: I thought you liked my disco playlist!!!!
Ragey: Love your old school list. I need to make up a new one.
